The Bible teaches that every believer receives gifts from the Holy Spirit-not for personal glory, but to build up the Church, serve others, and glorify God. Here are the key biblical foundations:

Romans 12:4-8 “We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us…” This passage emphasizes that believers have diverse gifts such as prophecy, serving, teaching, encouragement, giving, leadership, and mercy-each one essential and graciously given by God.

1 Corinthians 12:4-11, 27-31 “There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them…” Paul describes a variety of spiritual gifts-wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miracles, prophecy, discernment, tongues, and interpretation-showing that all are given by the Spirit for the common good. This chapter affirms the unity and diversity within the Body.

Ephesians 4:11-13 “So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers…” These are known as equipping gifts, given to train and prepare believers for works of service so the Church may grow in unity and maturity.

We believe:

• The focus of this assessment is not on how the gifts are expressed, but why-to build up the Church, glorify God, and equip believers for ministry.

Our goal is to unify, not divide-to help believers from various traditions discover how God has uniquely gifted them and encourage Spirit-led, Christ-honoring service in whatever context they’re called.

Our coaches are spiritually mature, prayerful, and deeply committed to helping others walk in their God-given design. Each coach is selected not only for their training and experience, but for their discernment, humility, and dependence on the Holy Spirit.

All coaches meet the following qualifications:

• Profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
• Demonstrate a Spirit-led life marked by integrity, love, and fruitfulness
• Have completed the Spiritual Fingerprint™ Assessment and are actively walking in their own gifts
• Trained in biblical coaching practices, including active listening, prayerful guidance, and gift-based application
• Equipped to help others identify, interpret, and activate their spiritual gifts
• Experience in mentorship, ministry leadership, or Christian counseling (as applicable)
• Committed to ongoing learning, accountability, and prayer support

The coaching process is a Spirit-led journey designed to help you move from gift discovery to gift activation—so you can walk confidently and fruitfully in the role God designed for you.
Here’s what the process typically looks like:

   • Identify key insights about your gifts, calling, personality, and purpose
   • Begin to discern how these show up in your current season of life
   • Invite the Holy Spirit to highlight where He is already working
2. Clarify Calling + Barriers
   • Explore the environments and relationships where you feel most aligned
   • Identify obstacles, doubts, or lies that may be blocking your full expression
   • Pray through areas of confusion or fear to receive Spirit-led clarity and boldness
3. Activation & Alignment
   • Develop customized strategies for using your gifts in your family, church, work, or ministry
   • Explore real-life assignments or next steps that align with your design
   • Gain support in decision-making and role discernment
4. Ongoing Support (monthly check-ins or as needed)
   • Reflect on what’s working, what’s shifting, and what needs adjusting
