Using the clear teaching of 1 Corinthians 12 as our primary text, we believe God would have us revisit this unfinished business of the Reformation. We believe that each believer in each congregational setting has something to bring to this table. For the Kingdom of God to accomplish its goals, each member of that kingdom must be involved in the process. We want to help the church leaders motivate the body of Christ to serve.
Gifts of Grace seeks to reopen this dialog. We are energized by the knowledge that there are real answers to our most pressing questions. Overworked staff members realize their limitations only too well. They long for help. The role of church leadership is to help them answer these questions and to provide the structure through which this process may unfold. Elder boards have grand plans but lament the lack of resources. But we believe that God has already provided these resources. We only need the eyes to see.
Knowing your SpiritualFingerprint aims to place individuals into roles within and outside the church so that the vision of the church is realized. By discovering each individual spiritual fingerprint and placing them in an area which is aligned with their gifts, leads to proficiency, motivation, fruit and fulfillment.
